A grant funded by the Centers for Disease Control was awarded to the Rocky Mountain Tribal Leaders Council to support healthy living and chronic disease prevention. We develop educational resources including posters, brochures, and marketing collateral to support healthy living and chronic disease prevention in Indian Country.
