
Through the Montana Department of Commerce’s Montana Main Street Program, we delivered a brand identity and tagline, digital channel recommendations, and community wayfinding signage system recommendations. As a part of the research and public participation phase, we gathered nearly 500 survey responses and conducted three focus groups. As a value-added bonus, we created five target audience personae to help Glendive businesses better understand the needs, expectations, and behaviors of their customers.
