Having left the central Illinois cornfields for the mountains of Big Sky Country as a young adult, Briar worked as award-nominated journalist in Wyoming and Montana before embarking on his newest adventure at Rebel River Creative, where he brings over a decade of professional writing experience — and some Midwestern politeness — to the team. With chops in covering sports to spot news and everything in between as a reporter, he is adaptable to a wide range of scenarios and situations suitable for every client’s needs. Away from work, you can find Briar cycling, testing out a new recipe on the grill or at Billings Mustangs games during the summer.
